Welcome to Delight Catering & Meal Prep. By using our services, placing an order, or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Delight Catering & Meal Prep offers:

• Custom meal prep services
   
• Catering for private events, parties, and banquets
   
• Private chef services depending on availability
   

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

• All catering and meal prep orders require either full payment upfront or a 50% non-refundable down payment at the time of booking.
   
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the service, or at delivery/pickup, depending on the order type.
   
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
   
• Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
   

•  Cancellations must be made  for standard pickup or delivery orders 72 hours in advance.   These orders include but not exclusive to meal prep, single tray items, etc.
• Cancellation of  Catering events must be cancelled 1 week in advance.
• Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund due to ingredients already purchased and preparation already underway.
   

• All deposits (including the 50% down payment) are non-refundable.
• Remaining balances must be paid by the due date or upon completion of service.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of an event may be subject to full charges based on work already completed and ingredients purchased.
   

We can accommodate many dietary preferences, but:

• Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies.
• While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• Delight is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or cross-contact.
   

• Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to weather, traffic, or unexpected delays.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional fees.
   

You agree not to:

• Copy or misuse our content without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt our website
• Use our site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
   

For catered events:

• Client must provide accurate guest counts and event details.
• Changes to headcount must be submitted before the deadline given by Delight.
• Client is responsible for ensuring the venue has appropriate space, access, and conditions for food service and setup.
   

Delight may take photos of catered events or prepared foods for marketing purposes unless you submit a request in writing asking us not to.

Delight Catering & Meal Prep is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, emergencies, or uncontrollable factors
   
• Issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
   
• Personal injury, allergic reactions, or property damage unrelated to our services or caused by undisclosed allergies
   

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
